I went through Playstore and Applestore to access what customers were writing on the reviews list.
Users reported that the Nike app had means to personalize workouts individually, depending on the user's goal, equipment, and need, but the feature was removed causing many negative reviews. Regarding Freeletics, users reported a missing feature to set up personalized exercises and usability problems. Across all the reviewed apps, I identified that users are not inclined to pay for this service, regardless of whether they rated the apps low or high.
